Diana is a private membership group for entrepreneurial women with full plates and busy lives who are searching for their community.

Capped at just 100 members, it’s a collective of people with similar values, ambitions, and aims, organized around opportunities to learn and grow together.

It's networking the way networking ought to be, where the aim isn't to search out favors but build deep, personal relationships.

We drain our own gas tanks while fueling others, a formula that we know isn’t right but struggle to shake. With Diana, you unlock access to a community of intelligent, thoughtful women who are navigating the same questions: How do you develop and nourish work you care deeply about?

Diana is your ticket to learn and try and observe and feel—to spend time on yourself.

You’ve found your people.

Being entrepreneurial doesn’t mean you’re launching a business. It might be just about making your own way through life and career with your own unique set of values and rules.

Membership in Diana is different.

It's not a local entrepreneurship group nor a digital-only collective. Instead, it mixes monthly virtual programming with in-person events to forge real, personal bonds that aren't constrained by geographical location.

It's a collective, not an expert-led programming, with offerings and events crafted to meet members' needs. It includes customized, one-on-one support from the founder and access to the private group chat and member directory to forge independent connections.

Diana is different from other networking or business groups. We take a holistic approach to exploring and developing your entrepreneurial spirit. Conversations on social media and branding exist alongside those about mindfulness, creativity, and tapping into what truly drives you.

It's built with a sisterhood mindset. Membership is about connecting with women in different industries and regions, learning from their experiences and leaning on them when you need advice or encouragement.

Diana might be right for you if:

  • You’re in the busiest stage of life but can’t shake a feeling of loneliness

  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit in the way you approach things

  • You’re building a business or nurturing a side passion

  • You love having deep conversations about big thoughts and big feelings

  • You’ve found the spark of a special idea and want time and space to nurture it

  • You’re missing a community of people who “get it”

  • You’ve found yourself wishing you had someone to ask for a recommendation on things related to starting a business

  • You want more opportunities to unplug and disconnect, finding inspiration in nature and joy in making

diana founder leah melby clinton

A friend told me once that your thirties are the trickiest stage. Everything's heating up all at once, with exciting-if-busy things at home and work. I felt all of that so deeply—and absolutely loved the elements of my life I'd worked so hard to construct—yet I also couldn't ignore a persistent feeling of loneliness.

I was struggling to find a group of ambitious, thoughtful women to engage with as my right-now self. You can have the most amazing family and friends, but that doesn't mean they'll be able to relate when it comes to questions of building a brand and figuring out who you are as an entrepreneur.

The community that's emerged has been everything I wanted to find and more.

x Leah Melby Clinton, Founder

I founded Diana because I wanted a community to learn with and from.

Listen to the kind of conversations and questions that drive the group via The Diana Pod, an interview series hosted by Leah with expert guests and coaches touching on a wide range of topics. From career and brand-building to parenting and personal style, it’s direct access to the world of Diana.

Members receive custom worksheets designed to accompany each episode, allowing them to dive deeper into the conversation. (See a sample from episode #2 with Neha Ruch here.)
